The match will start at 2:00 p.m. India time and 2:30 p.m. Pakistan time.

The pitch capacity is 25,000 and their are equal number of Indian and Pakistani supporters in the UK.  Pakistan lost to West Indies and South Africa and all already been thrown out of the Champions Trophy. IF they beat India all the losses will be forgotten and all the players will get hero’s welcome is Pakistan.

The pitch is not expected to be belter as like our Asian continent tracks. It has true bounce and also assists the spinners. The highest score here in this tournament being 269. But if India bats first could be a different story.

But given the moisture and the early morning start, the team batting first will be under pressure particularly with the Pakistani super fast pacers.

It will be a eqauly fought contest between bat and ball. Even though its a dead rubber, matches between these two countries will always be interesting.

India ex-captain and commentator Sunil Gavaskar  predics England to qualify for the final and it is expected to be a India vs England final.

“India versus England is the ideal final. England beat us in India and it would be nice to face them for the ICC Champions Trophy title in their backyard,” he said.

The match will be live telecasted by Star Cricket and Doordarshan in India and Geo Super and PTV in Pakistan. Star Sports will be live streaming the match live at its website.
