Submitted by Mehdi Hassan on Wednesday, 22 October 2008One Comment

Rani Mukherji and Shah Rukh Khan’s relationship started back at the day of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, where they paired up for the first time. Not only Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was the biggest hit of 1998 but also became one of the all time highest grossing movies in Bollywood. Rani Mukherji and Shah Rukh Khan’s friendship further cemented in the coming years as they appeared in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham,Veer-Zaara, Chalte Chalte, Paheli. Unfortunately, their friendship has turned sour and the reason is Salman Khan.

You all know the famous quarrel between Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan at Katrina Kaif’s 24th birthday party. After the incident, the Bollywood industry is divided between these two guys. Rani Mukherjee appeared in the grand finale of Salman Khan’s hit television show, Dus Ka Dum. In that show, she commented on Salman-Shah Rukh spat. She said:

“When I heard about it (the fight), I did not like it a bit. I was very disappointed.”

This definitely did not go well with Shah Rukh Khan. As a result, their good relationship has turned bad. News reports say that the bad relationship is the reason behinds Rani Mukherji’s opting out from ‘Temptations Reloaded 2008 Dubai Show’ which is going to be held on October 25, 2008. Aside from Rani Mukherji, Deepika Padukone and Bipasha Basu, who were supposed to perform in the Germany and Spain cancelled their tour.
