Dhaka Warriors vs Chennai Superstars ICL 2008
Dhaka Warriors, the new team of Indian Cricket League (ICL), will play their debut ICL match on Saturday against Chennai Superstars. With ICL second season started on Friday, the second match of the tournament will see Habibul Bashar’s team facing Stuart Law’s Chennai Superstars. The match is very important for both sides as either side will look to get off to a good start in the season. The match kicks off at 19:30 local time (14:00 GMT) at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium, Hyderabad.
For Dhaka Warriors, it will be very important match because this is their first match in the tournament. They have some excellent players like Aftab Ahmed, Shahriar Nafees, Nazimuddin, Alok Kapali etc. Chennai Superstars also has players like Ian Harvey, Russel Arnold, T. Kumaran, Shabbir Ahmed etc. who can play crucial roles in the match. So, I think, it will be a hard-fought match.
