Submitted by Mehdi Hassan on Wednesday, 15 October 2008One Comment

Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan were not in good terms but they are now. Everything changed after the news of Amitabh Bachchan’s illness came out. Even Aamir Khan, who criticized him, went to see Amitabh Bachchan to Lilavati Hospital. After visiting Amitabh Bachchan and informed them of his health. He said:

“He didn’t look ill, and is keeping very well now. I talked to Abhishek and he assured me that he will be discharged soon, and there is no need to worry. He just needs to pay attention on his diet now. To me he looked very relaxed; he had no breathing problem at all.”

Even before he visited, Aamir Khan regularly sent SMS to Abhishek Bachchan asking him of his father’s health.

Aamir Khan criticized Amitabh Bachchan’s acting in Black which fuelled serious controversy. Back then, media poured out reports of what they were writing about each other. Interestingly, everything stopped when Amitabh Bachchan appeared at the premiere of Imran Khan’s debut movie,

Jaane Tu….Ya Jaane Na. Amitabh Bachchan even praised Imran Khan’s acting and Aamir Khan’s marketing skills. This sparked another rumor that Aamir Khan will direct Amitabh Bachchan in his second directorial but that was just another RUMOR!
