Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming Diwali flick, ‘Fashion’ Hindi movie, is a realistic look into the fashion industry. ‘Fashion’ Hindi movie is model turned actress Mugdha Godse’s first movie. Though the movie deals with the industry she is already a part of, acting in the movie was no easy job for Mugdha Godse.
In any fashion shows, models get instant response from the audience. Mugdha Godse is in the fashion industry for the last five years and she is very much used to that sort of response but movie is entirely different thing. A movie good or bad, hit or flop, takes some time to understand. For Mugdha Godse, the waiting part is just unbearable. She remains very anxious all the time. To reduce her anxiety, the actress just cut off her beautiful locks. She even admitted of doing it to the reporters:
“Well yeah, it’s true I cut off my fringes. I am getting very nervous with the film release coming up ahead. Hopefully people will appreciate my work. I am really looking forward to it as well.”
In Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Fashion’ Hindi movie, Mugdha Godse played the character of ‘Janet Sequeira,’ an unsuccessful model with a rough and tough attitude. Mugdha Godse instantly agreed when Madhur Bhandarkar approached her at the backstage of a fashion show. She was very serious about the movie. While working for ‘Fashion’ Hindi movie, Mugdha Godse did not even work in any other movies. She wanted to meet the high standards of the director. Mugdha Godse is determined to make ‘Fashion’ Hindi movie her launching pad in Bollywood. No wonder, the lady is under serious pressure.
