Deepika Padukone started out as a model and then came to acting. Obviously, this girl knows a thing or two about beauty tips. Here are some beauty tips from Deepika Padukone:

For her skin, Deepika Padukone regularly does cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. Deepika Padukone does not use too much make up. She mainly uses moisturizer, lip balm and neutral foundation. She uses mild soaps that does not take out necessary proteins from her skin. She does not do facials regularly but goes for clean-up sessions. Before going to bed she regularly takes off her make up. Last but not least, she goes for massage once or twice a week.

For maintaining a healthy body, Deepika Padukone believes that being positive toward life is also important. She also said that regular exercise is very much important for maintaining a healthy life. As she travels very often, she does not get much time to workout on a daily basis but whenever she gets time, she goes to the gym and do cardio exercises. Since Deepika Padukone used to play badminton, she has a very athletic figure.
