Karzzzz: Coming Diwali will see another rebirth flick by Himesh Reshammiya
If everything goes right then history will repeat AGAIN! and the upcoming Diwali week will turn out to be the week of rebirth, reincarnation and resurrection. Last year, Shah Rukh Khan, Farah Khan, and Deepika Padukone struck gold by resurrecting Om and Shanti of the 70s. In the coming Diwali, music composer Himesh Reshammiya will be reincarnated as Ravi Varma, the hero of Subhash Ghai’s 1980 movie Karz. Karzzzz which is the name of the new version, is directed by ace director Satish Kaushik.
Already, three songs of the movie have been aired in different cable channels. The songs have become very popular. The music album has been released today and it is doing good business every where. Everything looks good so far for actor, singer and composer Himesh Reshammiya.
Since the movie is a remake of another famous movie, it is natural that expectations would be higher and Himesh Reshammiya left no stones unturned. After the release of Aap Ka Surroor –The Real Luv Story, he did not sign up for any other movie. Through one year, he focused on one movie. In addition, before the release the of the music album of Karzzzz he visited Shrinathji temple for blessings. Himesh said
“By the grace of God, the response on the promos and the songs has been overwhelming to say the least. We have already unleashed as many as three numbers - Lut Jaon, Tandoori Nights and Hari Om - in a week’s time itself, something which has been unprecedented since the norm is to space out the release of two tracks. However, the entire team of Karzzzz is supremely confident about both movie as well as the music of the film due to which we have plenty to offer to our audience in weeks to come”,
Himesh visits the temple once in every four months, slated to released in the Diwali weekend. Aside from actress Urmila Matondkar, the movie will launch Shweta Kumar.
