India vs Sri Lanka ODI Series: India Afraid of Spin Bowling?

I have been following cricket for more than 25 years and I have never seen Indian batsmen to be afraid or devastated by spin bowling. They looked invincible against any spinner in the world including mighty Shane Warne. Thus, it is the first time that I can see Indian batsmen under pressure against Muttiah Muralitharan and Ajantha Mendis. They have given the Indian batsmen a tough time in the test series. Now, it is their time to create same problem in ODI series.

Of course, ODI is different than test cricket. In ODI cricket, the batsmen run after the bowlers more as they need to score a lot of runs from 50 overs. Rangiri Dambulla Stadium is the venue of the first ODI match and this is a favorite hunting ground for Sri Lankan players. They have played here 18 ODI matches and have won 13 of them. So, this stat should give some encouragement to Muttiah Muralitharan and Ajantha Mendis.
