Dell Brings New Vostro Series Laptop and Desktop Computers in India

Dell, one of the widely known computer manufacturers, has recently launched two desktop and two laptop computers in India. Designed specially for small business, governments and educational institutions, all the computers are introduced under Dell Vostro series.

Dell Vostro A860 laptop comes with a 15.6-inch high definition LCD display. Designed for everyday business works, the laptop features processors ranging from Celeron to Core 2 Duo. The laptop runs either on Linux or Microsoft Windows Vista operating system. Integrated network, modem and wireless connectivity are among some of other features offered in Dell Vostro A860 laptop, while Bluetooth is an added option for the users.

With 14.1-inch anti-glare WXGA widescreen LCD, Dell Vostro A840 can be an eye-catching offer for the users. Except the display size, there is no major difference between A860 and A840 models. Dell Vostro A100 is an entry level desktop for the business people. The desktop computer features Intel Atom processor and runs on Linux operating system.

Some other necessary features of the laptops and desktop computers include RAM up to 4 GB, hard drives ranging from 5400 RPM with 320GB to 7200 RPM with free fall sensor hard drive at 160GB. Prices and other features can vary from region to region and country to country.
